Comfortable Rooms

The rooms are furnished with double and single beds and have private attached bathrooms.
To feel like home there is a fully equipped self-service kitchen with all cookery, cutlery and cooking utensils, gas stove, toaster, electric kettle, fridge and washing machine. A large dining table in the kitchen invites to have meals with family and friends, but don´t miss the chance of, eating and living alfresco on one of the two large verandahs, and the cabana with the panoramic view and under the palm grove with your own food and drinks.
Breakfast , Tea, Coffee and bottled Water is included in the rental fee.( Breakfast available room guests only)
Typical Sri Lankan and tasty home made food and drinks are available on request. Please ask for our cook. A cleaner will help you to keep the house tidy.
For your entertainment there is cable TV connection, a small library and Wi-Fi.
Should you come by your own vehicle you can park it on a safe ample space within the premises.

Trips and travel arrangements

The friendly staff oft he Beach House can help you to plan your holiday as you wish. They can arrange Taxi service, Airport pickups and drops for you as well as inland tours.
For guests, wishing to travel independently the local bus stops right outside the Beach House either to Negombo or to Ja- Ela. (Colombo). Trishaws can be either booked in advance or hailed directly from the beach road, major bus and train stations are located in Negombo.
Private tours around the island can also be arranged to suit your needs and budget. We ensure friendly English speaking driver, who can give you information on the locations. Recommended trips are:
Bird watching and Boat ride in Muthurajawela
Elephant Orphanage in Pinnawela
